Cancellations

Q. Cancellation before shipment:

A. If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can either cancel the order online or by contacting our Customer Support Team via phone (+91-9996040506) or email (info@ deewal.com). In such cases, the order will cancelled and the money will be refunded to you.

Q. Cancellation post shipment:

A. If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team and do not accept the delivery of the order. Once we receive the order back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money.

Q. How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

A. In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund within a week. In case of cancellation once the shipment has already been dispatched or if it is being returned, we process the refund once the products have been received and verified at our warehouse. For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 10 days of us receiving the products back. It may take 3-5 additional days for the amount to reflect in your account. For cash on delivery transactions, we will issue you a cheque in the name and address as specified in the billing details with the refund amount within 10 days of us receiving the products back.

Q. What if I used discount vouchers or loyalty points during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?

A. Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order. If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.

Q. What is the The Nature Pure Rewards Program?

A. The The Nature Pure Rewards Program aims to build a community among The Nature Pure shoppers by rewarding you for your loyalty, engagement and cooperation on our site in our attempt to make online shopping as exciting and communal, an activity as visiting a mall.

Q. What is the value of Reward Points? And how do I receive them?

A. Every 100 Reward Points are equivalent to Rs.1. There are a number of simple ways to earn Reward Points:
1. Signing up for an account! On creating your The Nature Pure account, 200 Reward Points will be added automatically to your account!
2. Shopping! Every 1 rupee you spend on The Nature pure, you will receive 1 reward point
3. Writing Reviews! Once your review is approved by our team, 10 Reward Points will be added to your account. The process of approval will typically take anywhere from 1-2 business days.
4. Referring Friends! Once you refer a friend, you will earn 100 Reward Points once they register and complete their first purchase on thenaturepure.com. (See our Refer A Friend section for more information)

Q. How can I redeem my points?

A. Once you have clicked on the “place order” button, you are directed to a page where you can redeem any Reward Points or discount codes. On this page, you will be shown how many Reward Points you have and their valuation. You can use some or all of them to pay for your order. If you do not have enough Reward Points, you can pay the remaining amount using any other form of payment.

Q. How do I know how many Reward Points I have?

A. You can view your Reward Points on your “My Account” page under the “Reward Points” section.

Q. Who can become a member of the The Nature Pure Rewards program?

A. Anybody! The minute you create an account on thenaturepure.com, you are automatically signed up for the The Nature Pure Rewards Program.

Q. Can my Reward Points expire?

A. No! Your Reward Points have no expiry date and can be accumulated and carried over to the next calendar year.

Q. Can my friends or family use my Reward Points? Q. Can I exchange my Reward Points for cash?

A. No, your Reward Points can only be redeemed toward store credit on thenaturepure.com. They cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other services.

Q. How long will it take for my Reward Points to be credited to my account?

A. Creating an account: As soon as you create your The Nature Pure account, the Reward Points will be added to your account. Writing Reviews, Asking and Answering Questions: As soon as our team approves your review/question/answer, your Reward Points will be added to your account. Please give the team at least 1-2 business days to approve all questions/reviews/answers so that we can guarantee comprehensive and pertinent content on the website.
Orders: Your Reward Points will be credited to your account in four working days after the receipt of an online payment and seven working days after the parcel is delivered to you in case of cash on delivery. In case you return some item(s), Reward Points earned from this item(s) will be deducted from the total earned.
Referring a Friend: Your Reward Points will be credited to your account in four working days after the receipt of your friend’s online payment and seven working days after the parcel is delivered to your friend in case of cash on delivery. In case they cancel their order, Reward Points earned from this order will be deducted from your account.

Q. I have made a transaction and the required Reward Points have still not been credited to my account, what do I do now?

A. In the rare instance when a transaction has not been credited to your account, please send a mail to info@deewal.com along with a copy of the order confirmation. Your account will be credited with the appropriate points within 2 working days of checking your order history.

Q. How can I cancel a redemption request

A. You can reverse a request for redemption of Reward Points by contacting our Customer Support Team, email (info@ deewal.com) within 48 hours of placing the order.
