Q. How does the delivery process work?

A. All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package’s tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company’s website.

Q. What is the range of locations to which The Nature Pure ships their products?

A. Yes, The Nature Pure ships throughout India!

Q. My order has been shipped. Now how can I track it?

A. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the respective courier company’s website.

Q. What is the estimated delivery time?

A. We dispatch most orders within 4-5 business days (i.e. excluding Sundays and public holidays). Though, we keep 90% of our catalogue in our inventory, certain products need to be sourced directly from the brand itself so that we can live up to our promise of providing fresh, non-expired products. These products might delay your order. We are pleased to say, 95% of The Nature Pure orders are delivered within 5 business days from the date of order.
NOTE - If you are joining us for the Great The Nature Pure Diwali Sale from November 1-15, dispatches may be a bit delayed due to increased volumes. We will target to dispatch all orders within 5 days of order date

Q. My order will be shipped in multiple shipments? What does this mean?

A. Don’t worry! This is a completely normal situation. This just means that different parts of your order may have simply been shipped from our different warehouse locations. Rest assured, you will only have to pay the shipping/CoD charge on the first package you receive.

Q. Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

A. We have standard shipping charges for most addresses. Zone wise shipping charge is applied to all orders below Rs.500, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.500.

Q. How are items packaged?

A. We package our products in boxes, which are covered in a waterproof plastic layer. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. Till date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging.
